Aren’t these BEAUTIFUL!?!!!  Nails with rhinestones are my favorite way to make any outfit look more glamorous.  A great product to try if you have a hard time getting the rhinestones to stick is Cina Topcoat and Binder, which you can buy at your local Sally Beauty Supply for around $5.

To use:

• Paint nails desired color
• Apply a thin coat of Cina topcoat
• Allow to dry *almost* all the way
• Apply nail jewelry, in this case rhinestones
• Allow to dry completely
• Finish with one more coat of Cina over rhinestones

Your rhinestones should stay in place for at least a couple days!  Sometimes I add one more coat on top if I want extra staying power.

We used to be 9 students in my major, 10 by the next month after we started. it was fun.

#10 was gone the next day, never heard from him again. #9 was sick for awhile so she was out for atleast 2 weeks, then some on and offs
